Cathy Lemmon, president of the ADN oversees all aspects of artist development: vocal coaching, image consultation, wardrobe, pictures, choosing appropriate cowriters, producers, song selection and effective marketing strategies. Her energy, direction, compassion and warmth puts her artists at ease and ultimately brings out the very best in them.

David Harper, A&R

David Harper, A&R, is a musician, singer/songwriter, drummer and a TV & Film music veteran who works side by side with Cathy Lemmon in discovering and nurturing new talent. David is also one of the staff song writers at ADN and a true advocate of talent, musicians and the great songs that forge their careers.

James Mershon, ADN Business Partner

James Mershon, ADN Business Partner/A&R, is a songwriter/drummer/pianist with over 30 years of music involvement. He completed a songwriting project with us in 2010, and has partnered on behalf of ADN with Positive Hit Radio-The Current FM, a Christian radio stationed located in Virginia Beach, VA. James promotes ADN to local faith-based artists and bands in Virginia and the neighboring states and plugs them in to the Local Connection – a weekly show for Christian artists that airs on The Current every Saturday from 10am – Noon E.S.T. (www.currentfm.com). James has an ear for talent and continues to be instrumental in promoting ADN to local and independent musical artists.

Pam Wilson, Administrative Assistant

Pam is Cathy’s assistant and also oversees the publishing for Twist of Lemmon Music BMI and Sweet Lemmon Music ASCAP as well as Song Plugging and Artist Marketing. Pam and her husband Don also take care of the web sites: artistdevelopment.com and twistoflemmonmusic.com. Don’s background is 35 years of art direction and graphic design. He also assists artist with web sites.

Anita Cox, Song Plugger

ANITA COX, A&R, is a singer /songwriter, musician, project concept and coordinator, with more than 30 years experience in the music industry, with a vast number of songs in her catalog, and numerous cuts credited to her songwriting track record, by such artists as George Jones, Charlie Daniels, Tracey Lawrence, Pam Tillis, Tanya Tucker, and more, and most recently by Jason Jones / Warner Bros. She also proudy merits the credit of “project concept” of the album project “Never Forget”, a tribute project to those who lost their lives in 911, and to the ship that was partially built from steel from ground zero. She is also the writer / co-wroter of 7 songs on that project including her song, the title cut “Never Forget” recorded by Rebeca Lynn Howard, which she performed at the ship’s christening, and also “The USS New York” which she co-wrote with Charlie Daniels, who also performed the song at the ship’s christening. Anita works side by side with Cathy Lemmon in discovering and nurturing new talent, and is also one of ADN’s staff writers. Anita’s love for songwriting and the music industry shines in every aspect of her work.

Nataisha Hill, Online Marketing

Nataisha Hill, Music Business graduate from Middle Tennessee State University promotes our artists using social media.

Ryan Crowley, Social Media

Ryan Crowley is a musician, singer, and songwriter with a degree in Music Business from MTSU. Ryan uses social media to expand a fanbase for each of our artists.

Kevin Smith, Song Plugger

Kevin Smith, Song Plugger, Kevin is Cathy Lemmon’s song plugger at Artist Development Network. While working toward his degree at MTSU, he makes sure the best songs get marketed to the very best on Music Row.
